Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail structure of a sludge scraper which is almost free from the restriction of a thickness of a secondary rail, when the secondary rail is installed detachably to a primary rail immobilized to the bottom of a sedimentation pond, and besides, needs no fabrication process for fitting to the secondary rail. SOLUTION: This rail structure is contrived as follows: a pair of guide rails 2 comprise a detachable guide member 8 which is arranged detachably and intermittently at one side part of the primary rail 3, so as to cover the end surface and the upper surface, around one side end, of the secondary rail 4. Further, a fixed guide member 9 is likewise arranged continuously on the other side part of the primary rail 3, so as to cover the end surface and the upper surface, on the other side end, of the secondary rail 4. The secondary rail 4 is loosely fitted to an accommodating space surrounded by the primary rail 3, the detachable guide member 8 and the fixed guide member 9. Thus, a sliding member 27 comes into contact with each fixed guide member 9, and thus the crosswise deflection of a flight plate 22 is checked. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
