Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more accurate filling of a root canal by matching the tip diameter of a selected gutta-percha point to the apical foramen of an affected tooth. SOLUTION: Multiple through-holes with different diameters are bored in a base plate. Indexes indicating the sizes of diameters for the respective through-holes are disposed on one side of the base plate, and a blade capable of cutting the tip of the gutta-percha point projecting from the through-hole is attached on the rear side of the base plate. The through-holes are circularly arranged, and the blade is revolvable with the center as the axis of revolution. Each through-hole is tapered to expand from the rear side toward the one side of the base plate. The indexes indicate the diameters of the respective through-holes on the rear side of the base plate.
