Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain superior ride sensation, without generating delays in a train, even in a time zone having a high train density, such as during morning rush hours. SOLUTION: A preceding-train position estimator 12 retrieves the start position and end position of the section, from information held to a limiting-speed information holder 11, on the basis of its own train position detected by its own train position detector 10, and specifies the existing section of its own train. The preceding-train position estimator 12 refers to the information held to the limiting-speed information holder 11, on the basis of a limiting speed and an advance-notice signal from a ground device 3, and estimates the positional information of a preceding train. A preceding-train information notifier 13 notifies the positional information of the preceding train estimated by the preceding-train position estimator 12, to an engine driver 4.
