NETWORK TOPOLOGY CONFIGURATION METHOD, NETWORK TOPOLOGY CONFIGURATION DEVICE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently configure a network topology by reducing the quantity of path information required to configure the network topology. SOLUTION: The network topology configuration method configures a network topology, which is a connection relationship between autonomous systems, by using path information propagated between the autonomous systems across Internet in which autonomous systems are connected each other. It includes a step 1 of collecting path information by communicating with a network device on Internet, a step 2 of accumulating a collected path information in an accumulating means, a step 3 which calculates an intermediate result for calculating a network topology for each constant period based on the path information accumulated in the accumulating means, which is then accumulated in the accumulating means, and step 4 which calculates a network topology at an arbitrary time point based on the intermediate result accumulated in the accumulating means and the path information from the time of preserving the intermediate result through the arbitrary time point.
