Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal fuse capable of lowering a resistance value and preventing leakage of a flux. SOLUTION: The thermal fuse includes first and second metal terminals 11, 12, a fusible alloy 14 bridging between one end 11a of the first metal terminal 11 and one end 12a of the second metal terminal 12, a first insulating film 15 for arranging the first and second metal terminals 11, 12 on an upper surface, and a second insulating film 16 for making a part of the second insulating film be arranged on an upper surface of the first and second metal terminals 11, 12 so as to cover the fusible alloy 14 and to be firmly fixed on the first insulating film 15. Thickness at a location of the first and second metal terminals 11, 12 where the first and second insulating films 15, 16 are arranged is thinner than thickness at a section located outside the location of the first and second metal terminals 11, 12 where the first and second insulating films 15, 16 are arranged.
