CRIMP TERMINAL, CRIMPING STRUCTURE OF CRIMP TERMINAL, AND CRIMPING METHOD OF CRIMP TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp terminal for reducing return difficulty of a crimping part shape after a thermal shock test and effectively improve a contact pressure of both sides of a conductor crimping part by achieving increase in rigidity of a root part of a conductor caulking piece. SOLUTION: In the crimp terminal 10 in which a conductor crimping part 12 is installed at the rear part of an electric connecting part 11, covered caulking parts 13, 32 are installed at its rear part, and the conductor crimping part is formed in a cross-sectional nearly U-shape by the bottom plate 31 and a pair of conductor caulking pieces 32 extended and installed upward from its both right and left side edges, respectively at the root parts of the pair of the respective conductor caulking pieces 32, 32, an uneven part 40 for reinforcement of a local size is formed in which out of the inner face side and the outer face side of the conductor caulking piece 32, one becomes a recess part 41 and the other becomes a convex part 42.
