PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique allowing high-speed delay adjustment of a data signal to a clock signal. SOLUTION: The data transfer device 100 includes: a receiving unit which receives a data signal of data together with a reference signal; a delay unit which uses a plurality of delay elements to the data signal and outputs a plurality of delay data signals each having a different delay quantity based on a predetermined reference; a control unit 16 which compares the value of each of the plurality of delay data signals in a moment given by the reference signal with a reference value that is a base of a value to be acquired from the data signal of data in the moment given by the reference signal, and selects one delay quantity based on the decision of matching or mismatching; and a selection output unit 15 which outputs the delay data signal having the one delay quantity selected by the control unit.
