Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an "in-vehicle circumference image display device" capable of simply correcting a projection transform rule for transforming the image shot by a camera into an overhead view image. SOLUTION: Four units of the cameras for shooting the four quarters of a car are arranged so that a part of the photographing fields is overlapped, and the images shot by each of the cameras are projection transformed and compounded, and the overhead view image is generated. The camera, in which failure is visually recognized in the overhead view image, is designated as the object camera for adjustment, a target board, in which the square correction pattern is drawn on the ground within an overlapped range of the photographing field of the object camera for the adjustment and the photographing field of the other cameras, is arranged, so that the pattern, in which the correction pattern shot by the object camera for the adjustment is projection transformed, and the pattern, in which the correction pattern shot by the above-described other cameras is projection transformed, are made to match, the projection transform parameter, used to the image shot by the object camera for the adjustment, is adjusted.
