APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR TABULATING LOCATION INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate population distribution with high accuracy by using pieces of location information which are irregularly acquired by mobile communication terminals. SOLUTION: A location information tabulating apparatus includes: a location information receiving unit 111 that receives pieces of location information about the positions of a plurality of mobile communication terminals 2, each piece of location information including time information and a user ID; a location information accumulation unit 112 that accumulates a plurality of received location information; a location information time extraction unit 123 that extracts location information including the time information corresponding to a specific time period from the plurality of accumulated location information; a location information user extraction unit 124 that deletes the location information including a duplicate user ID from the extracted pieces of location information; and a tabulating unit 126 that tabulates the population distribution in a specific area by using the extracted pieces of location information.
