Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a virtual machine management system allowing improvement of business processing capability of the system by effectively suppressing a frequency of rearrangement processing of virtual machines while managing the plurality of virtual machines mounted in a plurality of virtual machine servers and improving use efficiency of a physical resource, and to provide a virtual machine arrangement setting method and a virtual machine arrangement-setting program for the same. SOLUTION: A correlation analysis means 14 obtains correlation between loads of the respective virtual machines 20-1 to 20-n. A maximum load individual prediction means 15 predicts a relative maximum load amount of each virtual machine 20-1 to 20-n from the correlation. A combination setting means 16 sets a combination between each virtual machine 20-1 to 20-n and each virtual machine server 2-N such that a total of the predicted maximum load amount of each virtual machine of each virtual machine server 2-N is stored in an allowable load amount of the virtual machine server or below.
