Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color liquid crystal panel which improves image quality in a semi-transmissive liquid crystal display, a method of manufacturing the same and a color liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: The color liquid crystal panel includes: a transparent substrate 100b; a TFT formed for each pixel on the transparent substrate 100b; an insulating film 10 formed on the transparent substrate 100b and having recesses and projections inside the pixels 101R, 101G and 101B; and a reflection electrode formed on the insulating film 10 and connected to the TFT for each of the pixels 101R, 101G and 101B. The insulating film 10 includes: a projection part 8 of the recesses and projections inside the pixels 101R, 101G and 101B; and a projection part 58 extended along a boundary between the adjacent pixels 101R, 101G and 101B including practically the same width as the projection part 8.
