Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress condensation of moisture inside a mass flow controller for sample flow adjustment, and to suppress response delay of an analyzer caused by a structure of the mass flow controller, and to thereby improve component analysis accuracy, when analyzing a gas composition. SOLUTION: This gas composition analyzer 10 includes a sampling means (a valve 12 or the like) for sampling gas which is an analysis object, the mass flow controller 13 for adjusting a flow rate of the sample gas sampled by the sampling means, and a composition analysis means 14 for analyzing the composition of the sample gas whose flow rate is adjusted by the mass flow controller 13. The analyzer 10 also includes a dilution means (a mass flow controller 15 for dilution gas or the like) for diluting the sample gas by supplying dilution gas to the sample gas sampled by the sampling means and introduced into the mass flow controller 13.
