Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve structure of a shock absorber, capable of generating a sufficient damping force in a low speed area, while generating a stable damping force. SOLUTION: The valve structure of the shock absorber D includes: a piston 2 slidably inserted into a cylinder 1, forming a pressure side chamber R1 and extension side chamber R2 in the cylinder 1, and having a port 2a for providing communication between the pressure side chamber R1 and the extension side chamber R2; an annular relief valve 3 movably laminated in the axial direction on the extension side chamber R2 side of the piston 2 and opening/closing the outlet end of the port 2a; and a biasing means for biasing the relief valve 3 toward the piston 2 side.
