CONTROL STATE SWITCHING DEVICE AND CONTROL STATE SWITCHING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly carry out switching from a fuel economy priority control state to a performance priority control state. SOLUTION: An engine control ECU11 includes a first determining portion 111 determining whether a fuel economy priority operation PB is accepted or not from the outside; a first switching portion 112 switching an engine to a fuel economy control state STB, when it is determined that the fuel economy priority operation PB is accepted; a second determining portion 114 determining whether a performance priority operation PA is accepted or not; a second switching portion 115 switching the engine to a performance priority control state STA, when it is determined that the performance priority operation PA is accepted; and a switching instructing portion 117 outputting performance priority switching information DA to other ECU set in advance, when it is determining that the performance priority operation PA is accepted.
