MEANS FOR HEALTHY VENTILATION OF UNDERFLOOR HEATED FLOOR HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for healthy ventilation in a highly airtight and highly heat-insulate house with an underfloor heating means for reducing, in an underfloor space, noisome outside air and noisome odor from vehicles, factories, overcrowded residential areas, various pollens, or from China. SOLUTION: The highly airtight and highly heat-insulating house H having an indoor ventilation space communicating the underfloor space up to an attic space includes the underfloor space 10, an underfloor heating structure 11, a dwelling section 20, another dwelling section 30, the attic space 40 and the indoor ventilation space 50. The attic space 40 is provided with an outside-air intake port 41, an attic exhaust port 42, and a forced air-intake/exhaust device 60 with a heat exchanging means. The forced air-intake/exhaust device 60 is provided with an air intake port 61, a supply part 62, an exhaust-air input part 63 and an exhaust-air output part 64. The dwelling section 20 is provided with a dwelling-section-air intake port 21 and a dwelling section exhaust port 25, and the other dwelling section 30 is provided with another dwelling-section-air intake port 31 and another dwelling-section-exhaust port 35.
