Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a hydraulic pump, which can reduce a burden on an engine at a high temperature in a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This construction machinery, which is equipped with a hydraulic path 10 for supplying pressure oil to one load 12 from a plurality of hydraulic pumps 21 and 31 driven by a diesel engine 13, includes a temperature sensor for measuring an outside air temperature, and a pressure sensor for measuring a hydraulic pressure supplied to the load. When the temperature measured by the temperature sensor reaches a preset temperature or above and when the pressure measured by the pressure sensor reaches preset pressure or above, the number of the hydraulic pumps for supplying the pressure oil to the load is reduced, and pump output is decreased with respect to diesel engine output.
