Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of energy efficiency and the execution of catalyst warmup compatibly in a hybrid car capable of traveling by switching a CD mode and a CS mode. SOLUTION: A switching device 16 is configured to switch a first connecting state that any of accumulation devices 4-2 and 4-3 is connected to a second converter 6-2 and a second connection state that accumulation devices 4-2 and 4-3 are electrically separated from a second converter 6-2 according to a switching command SW from a controller 2. The controller 2 generates a switching command SW to set the first connecting state in a CD mode that internal charging to a plurality of accumulation devices by a power generation part is restricted and to set a second connecting state in a CS mode that the internal charging to the plurality of accumulation devices by the power generation part is controlled so that the SOC of the plurality of accumulation devices are maintained within a prescribed range.
