Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite fabric having a water-absorbing/quick-drying property, a heat retaining property, a windbreaking property, moisture permeability, and furthermore softness, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The composite fabric is made by laminating a sheet-like body on a front surface and a back surface of a nanofiber nonwoven fabric formed of ultrafine fibers each having a diameter of a cross-section of equal to or more than 50 nm and less than 2 μm in an orthogonal direction of the fiber axis, and a moisture percentage of the sheet-like body on the front surface specified by JIS L1018 is 1.4% or more, and a moisture percentage of the sheet-like body on the back surface specified by JIS L1018 is less than 1.4%.
