LINEAR GUIDE DEVICE OF MACHINE TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear guide device of a machine tool fixed by generating power resisting to vibration while absorbing static change such as thermal displacement. SOLUTION: This linear guide device of the machine tool includes a left guide rail extended linearly and having a slide face, a sliding body 41 sliding on the slide face of the left guide rail, and a housing 42 movable along the left guide rail. The housing 42 has an advancing and backing device for letting the sliding body 41 advance and back on the slide face of the left guide rail. The advancing and backing device includes a hydraulic cylinder 44 provided in the housing 42, a piston rod 45 stored in the hydraulic cylinder 44 and provided with the sliding body 41 in its tip part, an oil pressure passage 70 for circulating oil pressure into the hydraulic cylinder 44, and an oil pressure restriction mechanism 90 provided in the oil pressure passage 46 to restrict flow rate of oil pressure.
