Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exhaust gas treatment equipment capable of stably treating an exhaust gas containing ammonia gas without being affected by the ammonia gas concentration and preventing combustion flame from being generated when the exhaust gas is discharged after the treatment and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus having the same. SOLUTION: A retort body 22 where the exhaust gas containing ammonia gas is allowed to flow inside is installed in the heating chamber body 23 of the exhaust gas treatment apparatus 3, a first catalyst layer 21 consisting of a plurality of plate materials 21a containing nickel where a number of micro holes 21b are formed is provided inside the retort body 22, and a decomposition chamber 31 having a second catalyst layer is provided downstream of the retort body 22, and this allows the ammonia gas to be decomposed and burnt and the ammonia gas to be simultaneously decomposed and burnt with the catalysis of the first catalyst layer 21 inside the retort body 22 heated inside the heating chamber 23, and also allows the ammonia gas to be decomposed and burnt with the catalysis of the second catalyst layer if the ammonia gas remains therein.
