Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the enhancement of the efficiency of a power supply device that outputs high-frequency pulses. SOLUTION: The power supply device 1 includes a switch element 111, including an N-channel MOSFET, a switch element 112 including a P-channel MOSFET, diodes 31, 32, an inductor 11 and a direct-current power supply 21. The source of the switching element 111 is connected to a reference potential source via a terminal A and the source of the switch element 112 is connected to a constant potential source via a terminal B. The drains of the switch elements 111, 112 are connected to an output terminal OUT. The output terminal OUT is connected to one end of the inductor 11, and the other end of the inductor 11 is connected to the positive pole of the direct-current power supply 21.
