PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and correctly supply information on services scheduled to be stopped and related services caused to be stopped to a user of a terminal device utilizing the services. SOLUTION: In a management system 2 for provided services in a communication network, when scheduled stop plan information PL is transmitted to a center server 10 which manages the entire communication network based on information 3A to 3C of databases 12 to 15 and defines and registers the contents of services of service providing servers 5A to 5N, it is determined whether the stop affects at least either the communication equipment 3 or the services Sv based on the registered line information 3B, device information 3A and service information 3C, and the contents of the services Sv determined to be affected by the stop and the services Sv to be stopped are displayed on a web page 21 on the communication network.
