Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator excellent in heat resistance (for example, dimensional stability owing to heating), and to provide a reliable capacitor having a separator improved in heat resistance property. SOLUTION: Fiber is composed of synthetic fiber or cellulose in which inorganic particles of at least 3.0 wt.% or larger with respect to the weight of a separator are mixed into a sheath of a core sheath structure. The heat resistance and chemical resistance of the separator are improved by mixing and paper-manufacturing the fiber of at least one or more kinds and 30 wt.% or more. Thereby, the problem for the heat resistance of a capacitor and an influence on characteristics by an electrolyte is solved, and high reliability can be obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
