Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent lamp in which superior workability for winding and connecting an outer lead of a fluorescent lamp electrically and mechanically with a connecting pin of a lighting unit is attained, during assembling a fluorescent lamp and this makes a connection reliable connection without fail. SOLUTION: In the bulb-shaped fluorescent lamp, outer wires 4e extracted from an electrode sealing end part 4a, 4b of an arc tube 4 are wound around and a wrapping pin 7c arranged on a circuit board are laser-welded from a side face to form a recess part 9, thereby, even if a plurality of electronic components and wrapping pins 7c are mounted densely on a more down-sized circuit board 7a, a welding part can be welded, without fail, even if it is separated by a relative distance, and workability can be made superior.
