Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reflect more precisely an effect of temporary output deterioration in a fuel battery deterioration determination. SOLUTION: A storage device 60 is connected to a fuel battery control device 50 which controls as a whole each element of a system body 12 of a fuel battery system 10. A deterioration threshold characteristic map 62 and a correction value relation map 64 are stored in the storage device 60. The fuel battery control device 50 includes, in order to determine deterioration of a fuel battery cell stack 14, an output calculation processing section after correction 54 which obtains a maximum output after correction after feeding back a correction value obtained using the correction value relation map 64 as a temporary output deterioration against the actual maximum output of the fuel battery cell stack 14 of each trip and a deterioration determination processing section 56 which determines deterioration of the fuel battery cell stack 14 by comparing the maximum output after correction with a deterioration threshold characteristic line obtained from the deterioration threshold characteristic map 62.
