Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of controlling a printing system, allowing efficient rendering of a graphic object. SOLUTION: The method of controlling the printing system is provided for rendering the graphic object generated from a print job, and creating a printing pixel value that is data capable of being performed with drawing output, and includes: an information decision step of deciding each depth information (Z value) that is information indicating positional relationship between the graphic objects in a depth direction; a classification step (S292) of classifying each graphic object into a plurality of partitions based on the depth information of each graphic object decided in the depth information decision step; and rendering steps (S294, S295, S296, S297) each of distributively rendering the graphic object in each partition classified in the classification step (S292).
