Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the performance of operating oil while suppressing the deterioration of the operating oil by accurately determining a degree of deterioration of a component of the operating oil to be used for a hydraulic system and resupplying the optimum amount of component to the operating oil. SOLUTION: A viscosity measurement value at a fixed temperature is compared with a viscosity reference value for viscosity regulating agent at a corresponding temperature. When that the viscosity measurement value falls below the viscosity reference value for the viscosity regulating agent is determined, the viscosity regulating agent is resupplied to the operating oil until the viscosity measurement value gets to the viscosity reference value for the viscosity regulating agent.
