CYLINDRICAL ELASTIC MEMBER, STRUT MOUNT, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE STRUT MOUNT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical elastic member which is excellent in damping property and durability, a strut mount, and a method of manufacturing the strut mount. SOLUTION: The cylindrical elastic member 4 connects an inner cylindrical part 2 attached to an operation shaft 1 to an outer cylindrical part 3 arranged outside the inner cylindrical part 2 coaxially with a gap in such a way as to surround the inner cylindrical part 2 using the operation shaft 1 as the shaft center and has an unfoamed elastic body 4b and a foamed elastic body 4a. In the cylindrical elastic member, among contact surfaces with the inner cylindrical part 2, at least the contact surfaces with the outside circumferential side end of the inner cylindrical part 2 is formed of the unfoamed elastic body 4b, while, among contact surfaces with the outer cylindrical part 3, at least the contact surfaces with both side surfaces in the direction of the operation shaft of the outer cylindrical part 3 is formed of the foamed elastic body 4a.
