Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a working time while simplifying work for mounting a heavy building shutter device to a skeleton. SOLUTION: Left and right support brackets 3, 4 are supported in a relatively rotatable manner to both left and right ends of a winding drum 5, and an opening/closing machine 6 is supported to one support bracket 3 or 4 to constitute a drum unit U. The drum unit U is lifted to the upper part of an opening by a chain block 17, but at this time, attitude holding devices 10 are provided between the winding drum 5 and the left and right support brackets 3, 4 respectively, and the rotation of the left and right support brackets 3, 4 relative to the winding drum 5 is regulated to lift the drum unit U in a state of being forcibly held to the mounting attitude to the skeleton 2.
