Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation structure of a building, capable of enhancing ventilation efficiency while keeping an indoor environment good, and an air-permeable member. SOLUTION: The ventilation of the interior of a room is provided by the ventilation structure which is formed by partitioning an indoor space with the air-permeable member 1 and which is provided with a buffering space 4 having a daylighting portion 2. The ventilation structure provides natural ventilation by using an exhaust opening 3 formed in the buffering space 4, and an air supply opening 7 formed in the indoor space. The mean opening diameter of the exhaust opening 3 is 30 mm or less. The volume of the buffering space 4 is on the order of 1-30 vol.% with respect to that of the indoor space. The air-permeable member 1, which contains wet-heat adhesive fibers, is made of a nonwoven fiber structure in which the fibers are fixed by the fusion bonding of the wet-heat adhesive fibers.
