Since the recycled dust is not blown at once into the treating vessel 1 just before completing the pre-treatment of the molten iron, but blown into the treating vessel 1 under state of once mixing this dust in the iron-oxide hopper 9 and dispersing the recycled dust in the iron-oxide, the recycled dust can be blown little by little into the treating vessel 1.
