Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pre-treating molten iron with which even in the case of recycling dust generated from a treating vessel, such as a mixer car, the decrease of dust-collecting blasting amount can be prevented. SOLUTION: Waste gas generated from the treating vessel 1 is cooled with a cooling device 15 and the dust in the cooled waste gas is recovered with a dust-collector 13 and the recovered collecting dust is mixed in an iron-oxide hopper 9 for storing powdery iron-oxide which is obtained by crushing solid-oxygen source, and the powdery iron-oxide and the collected dust, mixed in the iron-oxide hopper 9, are blown into the molten iron in the treating vessel 1. Since the recycled dust is not blown at once into the treating vessel 1 just before completing the pre-treatment of the molten iron, but blown into the treating vessel 1 under state of once mixing this dust in the iron-oxide hopper 9 and dispersing the recycled dust in the iron-oxide, the recycled dust can be blown little by little into the treating vessel 1. Therefore, the rise of the pressure loss in the cooling device 15 is prevented and as a result, the decrease of dust-collecting blast amount can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
