SOLUTION: A dye has a structure expressed by general formula (1) in a molecule, wherein A1is a six-membered or seven-membered nitrogen-containing heterocycle formed by connecting with a benzene ring, L1is an electron transfer connecting group containing at least one heterocycle selected from among a thiophene ring, a furan ring, a pyrrole ring, a selenophene ring and a heterocycle formed by the ring-fusing of these, R1and R3are independently a hydrogen atom or a substituent respectively, R2is a hydrogen atom or a substituent, B1is a methylene group substituted by a heterocyclic acid nucleus or an electron withdrawing group, B1has at least one acid group, and n1 is an integer of 1 to 12.
