PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having the inhibitory effects of β-amyloid protein production/secretion thus effective for preventing/treating various diseases associated with β-amyloid protein production/secretion abnormalities. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by general formula (I) [wherein, R1is 1-6C alkyl, 2-6C alkenyl or 3-7C cycloalkyl (halogen atom may each be born as substituent); R2is a substituted 6-membered nitrogen-containing monocyclic aromatic heterocyclic ring group or substituted 9- or 10-membered nitrogen-containing bicyclic heterocyclic ring group; Z1, Z2and Z3are each independently H, a halogen atom or cyano; and n is 0, 1 or 2].
