SOLUTION: This manicuring agent is characterized by comprising the following components (A) to (C): (A) a dichroic pigment having different color tone between appearance color and interference color prepared by forming a single layer of low oxidized titanium on plate-like particles; (B) a silicone-based resin; and (C) nitrocellulose.
