OIL-IN-WATER TYPE SKIN COSMETIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type skin cosmetic for wet skin for applying to a wet skin after bathing or a shower, which well spreads on skin, can be easily applied, and provides excellent dry feeling to a skin after its application. SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type skin cosmetic for wet skin include an oily component (A) in an amount of 10-80 mass% in the cosmetic, a water-soluble polymer (B), and optionally a low-molecular surfactant (C) in an amount of 1 mass% or less of the oily component (A), wherein 60-99 mass% of the oily component (A) is a silicone oil (a1) having a molecular weight of 150-10,000, and 1-33 mass% of the oily component (A) is a silicone oil (a2) having a molecular weight of 50,000-1,000,000.
