Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity in an occupant by enhancing responsiveness of a temperature adjustment of air-conditioning air, in an air conditioner for a vehicle of using a heat pump. SOLUTION: This air conditioner 1 for the vehicle includes a casing 3 for storing upstream side and downstream side cabin inside heat exchangers 10 and 11. The inside of the casing 3 is formed with an air guiding passage 20 for arranging the upstream side cabin inside heat exchanger 10 and a heating passage 21 for arranging the downstream side cabin inside heat exchanger 21. The inside of the casing 3 is provided with a temperature adjusting damper 27 for changing the air volume passing through the downstream side cabin inside heat exchanger 11.
