Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment device capable of preventing the occurrence of the biting-in of foreign matter by estimating the biting-in of the foreign matter to early emit a stop order in a stage before the foreign matter is perfectly bitten in and capable of easily releasing the biting-in of the foreign matter after stoppage even if the biting-in of the foreign matter occurs. SOLUTION: The occurrence of the biting-in of the foreign matter is estimated on the basis of the number of rotations to stop rotation, the rotation in the direction reverse to a rotary direction estimating the biting-in of the foreign matter is performed to stop rotation, operation for performing the rotation in a positive direction to stop the same is successively repeated a plurality of times to release the biting-in state of the foreign matter and stopped to report that the biting-in state of the foreign matter is released.
