Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent treatment time from being prolonged, to evade the risk of an environment damage originating in a treatment method, to evade the corrosion of a ballast tank originating in the treatment method, and to eliminate the need of receiving special replenishing for the treatment of ballast water, when treating the ballast water. SOLUTION: In order to kill organisms contained in the ballast water, the ballast water flowing through a ballast line 4 is irradiated with an electron beam by an electron accelerator 31 loaded on a hull 1. A piping member configuring the ballast line 4 includes a piping member 45 for treatment provided facing the electron beam radiation part 42 of the electron accelerator 31, and the piping member 45 for the treatment is provided with an electron transmission window 50 for transmitting the electron beam radiated from the electron beam radiation part 42 to the inside.
