SOLUTION: The water treatment apparatus includes a membrane separation module using a filtration membrane and is structured as to membrane-separate water to be treated by the membrane separation module, wherein the water treatment apparatus continuously membrane-separates the water to be treated by the membrane separation module in the duration of 30 days or more while establishing a flux of a permeation water permeating the filtration membrane within the range of 0.10-0.35 m/d.
