PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for input as an interface of character input, capable of giving a sense of writing. SOLUTION: First, a user touches a position in the periphery of a dot mark (a line head mark) 34 indicating the position to start writing with a stylus pen 1040 on an operation screen on which a memo pad 30 is displayed, and performs the sliding operation to the right along the line thereafter. Then, characters of a memo text 32 are displayed in such a way as to appear one after another from the head following the mark 34 along the trajectory of the touching position of the sliding operation.
