Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning system for a particle beam therapeutic apparatus improving the safety by producing a simulated image of an irradiated area of a patient which an operator can visually recognize, and to provide a particle beam therapeutic system. SOLUTION: A DRR patient's image 36 is planned by assuming a starting position 21 of particle beam expansion as an X-ray source position 22 in the preparatory stages, and the DRR patient's image 36 is shifted for an error amount of a patient's position computed in a step 110 (image shift operation 42), and a collimator area is extracted from a collimator radiographing image 35 in a step 105, and furthermore, the collimator area is treated by a correction operation to be an image radiographed at the starting position 21 of particle beam expansion (collimator area extraction and correction operation 43), and the corrected collimator area is overlapped on an image of an operated result of the image shift operation 42 and drawn (additional drawing operation 44).
