Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for including variant amino acids in the CDR of an antibody-variable domain, i.e. polypeptides enabling providing a source of great sequence diversity that can be used as a source for identifying new antigen-binding polypeptides. SOLUTION: The polypeptides with the variant amino acids included in the antibody-variable domain are provided. Fusion polypeptides of these polypeptides to heterologous polypeptides such as at least a portion of phage or viral coat proteins, tags, and linkers are also provided. Besides, libraries including a plurality of these polypeptides are provided. In addition, methods of and compositions for generating and using these polypeptides and libraries are provided.
