ELECTRONIC MAIL PROCESSOR, ELECTRONIC MAIL SYSTEM, AND ELECTRONIC MAIL ENCRYPTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement access control of an attached file after transmission. SOLUTION: An electronic mail processor has: a receiving means for receiving an electronic mail sent from an electronic mail sending/receiving device; a storage means for storing a received electronic mail; a mail analysis means for analyzing whether an attached file is attached to the received electronic mail; an encryption object determination means for determining whether the attached file is an encryption object when an attached file is attached; an attached file encryption means which extracts an attached file from an electronic mail when the attached file is determined as an encryption object, sends the attached file to an encryption device and receives the encrypted file sent from the encryption device; and a replacement means for replacing the attached file attached to the electronic mail with an encrypted file. The encrypted file sent from the encryption device is the attached file which is encrypted by the encryption device and sent to the encryption device by the sending means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
