Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure position confirmation apparatus that quickly responds to obstruction reported by a customer. SOLUTION: Network apparatuses are correlated to customer information, and failure information is correlated to a combination of conditions of the network apparatuses. When receiving an inquiry of failure from a customer, a collection part 12 collects the conditions of network apparatuses correlated to the customer, and an estimation part 13 obtains the failure information corresponding to the collected combination of conditions of the network apparatuses.
