Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform small hydraulic power generation by recovering a surplus amount of water and a pump head using the surplus hydraulic pressure of a pumping machine designed and implemented corresponding to a maximum pump head and a maximum amount of water depending on each facility. SOLUTION: Especially in a draining machine of a pumping machine, a difference between setting values when the pumping machine are planned and a pump head and an amount of water in a normal operation is large, and one part of a pipeline on an emission side of the pumping machine is changed and connected to a generator without changing a size of a current facility, generating power.
