Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an increase in the strength of a resin by improving the compatibility of an organic filler and the resin at the time of resin molding by preliminarily applying pretreatment to the organic filler. SOLUTION: When the organic filler is mixed with a resin material in an injection molding machine to injection-mold the resin material, the organic filler is made to pass through at least one of a step for preliminarily applying a coating agent for PCM or the like to an organic fiber which is made filamentous beforehand and a step for preliminarily thermally shrinking the organic filler within a range below the deterioration temperature of the organic filler and below the molding temperature of the resin material. By this method, the fluctuation of the coefficient of the linear expansion or coefficient of the surface expansion of the organic filler can be stopped at least up to the completion time of resin molding, the effect of the coefficient of expansion caused by the environmental temperature in a resin molding process becomes difficult to receive, the increase in the strength and enhancement of flexibility caused by the enhancement of the elastic coefficient of the mixed organic filler can be further attained and a resin molded article excellent in impact resistance can be obtained.
