METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORMING ANNULAR MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for forming an annular member, capable of suppressing deformation of the annular member caused by a difference between an inner circumference and an outer circumference or its own weight when the annular member having an annular bead core and a bead filler disposed on the diameter-direction outside of the bead core is formed. SOLUTION: The method for forming an annular member 10 having an annular bead core 1a and a bead filler 1b disposed on the diameter-direction outside of the bead core 1a includes the steps of: placing a tray 40 on a rotatable mold 21; disposing a bead core 1a on the tray 40; molding, by extrusion, a bead filler 1b on the tray 40 while rotating the tray 40 integrally with the mold 21; and removing tray 40 from the mold 21 to demold the annular member 10 where the bead core 1a and the bead filler 1b are integrated from the tray 40.
