Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible mold which has extremely low moisture-absorption properties, prevents the surface condition from being changed due to absorption of moisture and swelling, and is storable for a long time without absorbing moisture and swelling, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method of manufacturing the collapsible mold containing at least one of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide. The method includes a step of bringing the collapsible mold into contact with carbon dioxide immediately after a step of burning the collapsible mold or a step of casting the collapsible mold.
