Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold powder for continuously casting a steel having a mass ratio of CaO/SiO2satisfying ≥1.50 and a high basicity, in which slab cracking can be perfectly prevented, also, heat extraction in a mold is performed in a slow-cooled way so as to suppress slab cracking.
